In the log in fields, you enter your Wild Apricot credentials — your email - then click on Forgot Password. You will be given a chance to create your own password. Enter the new password — then click the Login button.
Password requirements: 12 characters or more recommended, both upper and lower case letters, at least one number, at least one of the following characters # ? ! @ $ % *
If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot password link next to the Login button.
On the page that appears, you can enter your email address, click the box "I'm not a robot" then hit Submit to receive a reset password link via email.
An email will be sent to the address you entered. You will then click on the link in the email to change your password. For security reasons, the link will expire within 24 hours of the message being sent.
